OUR KITCHENS

Our kitchens comply with environmental health regulations and are filled with high specification commercial catering equipment.

Hygiene and cleanliness it taken very seriously in our kitchen.  This enables our team to prepare fresh cooked food on-site, in an unbeatable environment for up to 1000 people.

We are aware of our responsibility to reduce our carbon footprint and we strive to be as eco-friendly as possible.

​

All of our cutlery and disposables are made of compostable plant based materials like sugarcane.  They are sustainably sourced with little or no environmental impact.  We ensure all our non-bio materials are separated and recycled. 

 

We are proud to have been classified with a Food Hygiene Rating of Five.
